Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel a MediaMuse subscription from Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the merchant of record states otherwise.

Your plan remains active until that date. Cancellation does not normally create a prorated cash refund for the current period.

Credits and assets

Cancellation does not immediately remove valid, unused paid credits. Their availability continues under the Credit Expiry Policy. Your saved assets remain available subject to the Terms of Service and our retention rules.

Reactivation

You may purchase a new subscription later. Pricing, included credits, supported models, and promotional offers may have changed by then.

Failed cancellation

If Billing does not show a pending cancellation after your request, submit a support ticket before the renewal date. Include the subscription or order number, but never include full card details.
