Credit Expiry Policy

Paid credits

Paid subscription credits currently have no default expiration date unless a checkout offer clearly states a specific validity period. Canceling a subscription does not by itself erase valid unused paid credits.

If a future offer includes expiring credits, the expiration date will be shown before purchase and in your credit history. We will not shorten the validity of credits already granted under different terms.

Promotional credits

Promotional credits may have tighter limits. The current new-user benefit:

• Expires 30 days after it is granted.
• Is limited to two uses of the designated lowest-cost image recipe.
• Cannot be used for video or other recipes.
• Is consumed before general paid credits when the selected recipe is eligible.

The applicable scope, remaining uses, and expiration date are shown separately from the general paid balance.

Refunds and reversals

Credits returned after a failed generation retain the original grant's scope and expiration. Credits revoked after a cash refund are not treated as expired credits.

Suspended or closed accounts

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violations of our terms. Closing an account may make remaining credits and assets inaccessible, subject to applicable law.
